Cleaning Guide
For Milk Silk
Before cleaning, fully inflate the neck pillow and securely close the air plug. This helps smooth out the surface, making it easier to wipe away dust, sweat, and stains. It also helps prevent water from entering the inner air chamber through the inflation pump.
The milk silk surface is non-removable, so please do not remove, pull apart, or try to detach the outer fabric. For daily cleaning, use a soft damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. For light stains, mix a small amount of mild soap with warm water, dampen a soft cloth, and gently clean the stained area. Avoid using too much water.
After cleaning with soap, wipe the surface again with a clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Do not rinse the pillow directly under running water, and do not soak it in water. Since this is a press-to-inflate pillow with an internal air chamber, excess water may affect the inflation system or damage the product.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, dry clean, or expose the pillow to high heat. After cleaning, place the pillow in a cool, well-ventilated area and let it air dry naturally. Make sure the pillow is completely dry before deflating, folding, or storing it.
For storage, keep the pillow away from sharp objects, heavy pressure, and direct sunlight. Store it in a dry place or in the included storage bag to help maintain its shape, comfort, and smooth milk silk surface.
