At Mofybuy, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@mofybuy.com.

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving your package according to our return policy.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags and packaging, if applicable

Items returned in unsuitable condition may be rejected and sent back to the original shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Final sale items
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration

Accessories may be non-returnable depending on the product type and condition. Please contact us before returning any accessory item.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is caused by personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is caused by our mistake, such as receiving a wrong item, damaged item, or defective item, please contact us with photos of the issue. After we confirm the problem, we will provide further assistance.

Original shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@mofybuy.com as soon as possible.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo showing the damaged or incorrect area
  • A photo of the product tag or packaging, if available

We will review your request and help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Color and Size Notice

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or monitor display differences.

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. Slight measurement differences may occur due to manual measurement.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us first at:

Please do not return items to the address shown on the original package. That address may not be our return address.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Return Package Responsibility

Customers are responsible for choosing a reliable shipping carrier for return packages.

Please keep your return tracking number or shipping receipt until your return has been received and processed.

Mofybuy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages sent by the customer’s chosen shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
